    This process typically takes 1 to 2 sessions.

    Therapy Session

    Weekly sessions support consistent progress toward your desired changes. Many clients notice improvements within 6-8 weeks, with significant progress often observed over 4-6 months, though this varies by person. Some clients also choose longer-term support for their goals and needs.

    We’ll address each goal you identify and can adjust or add focus areas as needed. Our aim is to help you become your own therapist.

    Once your goals are met, we’ll transition out of therapy in a way that works for you. You’re always welcome to return for “booster” sessions or new goals.
